Refund & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all U.S. orders. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging (including tag and bag). For U.S. returns and exchanges, we’ll provide a pre-paid return shipping label.

International orders are also eligible for return or exchange within 30 days, but return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please note that original shipping fees and any customs/duties are non-refundable, including items returned to sender due to unpaid customs charges.

Shipping Policy
U.S. Orders:
• Estimated delivery time: 3–10 business days.

International Orders:
• Estimated delivery time: up to 25 business days, depending on location and customs processing.
• Customs duties, taxes, and VAT are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
• We do not cover customs fees or provide return labels for international orders.
